Vitamin E (Acetate)

INCI Name: Alpha-Tocopherol Acetate

What is it: Vitamin E is a potent antioxidant and beneficial skincare ingredient, helping protect the skin from environmental damage. Vitamin E Acetate (α-Tocopheryl Acetate) is a synthetic form of Vitamin E. It is the ester of acetic acid and tocopherol in oil form. Alpha-tocopheryl acetate (ATA) is a specific form of vitamin E that's often found in skin care products and dietary supplements. Vitamin E Acetate is an additive used in skin and hair formulations for its skin care benefits.

Usage Rate: 0.5 to 2%

Uses: As a food supplement for adults, take 0.5ml twice daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use. In beauty formulation, Include tocopherol in the cool-down phase of your formulations. 

Storage: Keep in a cool dry place, with no direct sunlight. Keep at room temperature.
